This is my work experience as Operations Manager

My parents ran an ice cream shop, which means that I was raised by Operation Managers. They are a living example that hard work, productivity and seeking continuous improvement leads to success. In any event, it was Joaquim Frances, former CEO of Porcelanosa USA, who taught me the recipe I’ve used ever since:
